We take special care in packaging your jewellery and endeavour to check all threads (where applicable) before dispatching your item(s). Our mission is to ensure you are happy with your purchase so we strive to do our best to provide you with as much information about our jewellery as possible before ordering (sizes and item descriptions). We do our very best to give a true visual representation of every product; however, due to variations in screen displays, images may vary from physical product.
Wear of natural materials is done at your own risk. While Emba Mods makes every effort to utilize materials that are known as safe for the vast majority of people, we can make no claims about the suitability of natural materials for your body. Any material used in contact with the skin has the capability to cause a reaction ranging from minor irritation to serious rash, weeping or worse. Emba Mods can not be held liable for any reaction that may occur from the wear of any of the materials Emba Mods uses.
We know that you’ll love your purchases from Emba Mods but if you encounter any problems with your jewellery, rest assured, we’ll take care of it. As our jewellery (material permitted) is sealed and sterilised to a medical grade standard, we are able to offer a return/exchange if items are sent back to us unopened and unworn within 14 days. Please note that hand crafted pieces are non refundable so if you have any questions before ordering these items feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We pride ourselves in only offering our customers the best quality of body jewellery. If, for any reason, there is a fault with your jewellery, then just send it straight back to us within 30 days (to the address below) via recorded delivery and remember to get your proof of postage receipt. You should also include a note as to why the item is faulty. If, once we’ve received the item and are in agreement that there is a fault, then we will be happy to refund the cost of the item plus the cost of return postage.
If your items arrive and you wish to exchange them for something else, you can do this within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. You should send the jewellery back (to the address below) sealed and unworn and we will be happy to send you out an alternative. We would advise that you send your items to us as recorded delivery so it reaches us safely. You should also retain proof of postage when you send your item(s) in case of any discrepancies.
